The owner of the most Michelin stars in the world, who owns 34 restaurants in nine countries, has 19 Michelin stars, and has served numerous presidents, kings, and queens, is now co-chairing the culinary committee of We Love Green and taking on a new challenge: making vegetarian festival food substantial.
We Love Green is a three-day, five-stage event in the Bois de Vincennes, built on the principles of sustainability. True to this ethic, they also want to revolutionize festival food.
The chef, president of a jury of French culinary experts that selected some 50 “real” restaurants and pop-ups for We Love Green’s catering, is here to change this mindset and reality, to make his vision of diverse food accessible to everyone.
