Founded in 2005 by Belgian and Dutch architects Wendy Saunders and Vincent de Graaf, AIM is an international collective of professionals that brings together urban planners, architects, and designers with a shared vision: reimagining urban spaces with people at the core. With a team of over 40 members from 10 countries, AIM brings a rich and diverse cultural background to each project, enabling meaningful engagement with a wide range of contexts and values.
AIM’s strength lies in a focused and intentional design approach, which always begins with a deep understanding of context to build a strong and coherent concept. Every project is approached as a unique opportunity, developed with close attention to detail, a balance between vision and practicality, and a strong sense of place.
