A second layer above the city center in Rotterdam will elevate public understanding of rooftop potential.
Both residents and tourists will be able to take a spectacular walk.
The temporary installation gives the public access to roofs that are typically closed for a month.
Yet, it also has a symbolic purpose: the aim of Rotterdam Rooftop Days is to raise awareness of the potential of rooftops and the need to make better use of them.
