Donut Lab is developing a radical reinterpretation of electric propulsion through a motor designed directly inside the wheel. The concept removes the centrality of the traditional engine and distributes the propulsion system across each wheel, reshaping the very architecture of electric mobility. This solution enables greater efficiency and autonomy while introducing a new design logic based on the reduction of mechanical complexity. Innovation is not presented as a futuristic exercise, but as a concrete revision of how energy, space and performance can coexist in a more rational way. The project therefore builds a forward-looking vision in which technology becomes a tool for evolved simplification, capable of redefining the industrial language of electric vehicles through an essential and highly distinctive approach.
