Informed decision-making.

I recently read the report “Using the Future”, which reflects on how to interpret the future by learning how to improve organizational decision making on both a professional and personal level.
The Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies rightly states that our future is shaped by the decisions we make in the present, and this document aims to promote futures thinking and foresight skills widely.
By becoming more aware of how our understanding of the future guides these decisions, we can make decisions that are better informed and less clouded by biases and misguided assumptions.
