Shopping is undoubtedly the Far East’s favorite pastime, not only for adults, but perhaps for children too, if they discover the new space at Hyundai Daegu, a luxury department store in Seoul.
Designed by renowned architect Jaime Hayón in collaboration with design studio Minwoo, on the sixth floor of the building you’ll find MOKA+, an innovative children’s cultural space that is part of the renovation and is affiliated with MOKA Hyundai Museum of Kid’s Books & Art, with three different areas devoted to experiential creativity for the youngest.
Needless to say, the design-led spaces aim to resonate with children’s sensibilities, and as such, play is a key factor.
