The Saclay plateau (also known as the European Silicon Valley) is home to the new research and innovation center for the Danone Group, which was expertly designed by Arte Charpentier Studio.
The primary goal of this center is to improve working conditions and foster the seamless creation, testing, and incubation of future innovations.
The project, which represents the Danone Group’s ambitious vision for the future of nutrition, features a remarkable blend of wood and concrete in its structure, thoughtfully designed spaces to promote collaboration and creativity, and a strong focus on sustainable plant and water management.
The design of this building was carefully considered in order to facilitate collaboration between Danone and various startup companies with significant growth potential.
The hybridization of structures, the sustainable use of recycled materials, and adherence to circular economy principles were all important considerations.
