In the current landscape, I observe how certain projects are redefining hospitality by turning it into a layered cultural device. When architecture, landscape and design direction converge, the experience extends beyond staying, establishing a broader relationship between space, time and perception.
Arrivals, developed by PLAT, is conceived as an architectural intervention that integrates hospitality with a research-driven approach. The project builds an environment where structure, materials and context operate in continuity, moving beyond purely functional logic. The design emphasizes a direct relationship with the surrounding landscape, using solutions that enhance openness, visual continuity and immersion. The space is not intended as a simple place to stay, but as a system capable of activating a more conscious perception of its environment. This approach positions the project as a model where hospitality is understood as an integrated experience, with architecture and context acting as a unified framework.
