I’ve always thought that car dealerships, especially those for trucks, have never been particularly appealing places to visit, regardless of the brand or type of vehicle. Only recently have some brands taken a step forward, but the user experience remains somewhat lackluster. I think there is a lot of room to develop ideas in this regard, also to adapt the spaces to the technological advances of the vehicles.
An interesting example, especially given its location in Illinois: In keeping with the brand’s adventurous spirit, Rivian transformed a repair shop and its gravel yard into a vibrant indoor/outdoor social hub and experience center.

All of the brand’s spaces are an invitation to get up close and personal, designed to bring the electric adventure to life with hands-on experiences and kid-friendly features.
