I found this project’s approach truly fascinating. It’s true that many aesthetically pleasing structures of this kind exist, but their interiors often tend to be a secondary aspect, frequently overlooked or limited to rather basic solutions.
Modern Annexe, however, turns this perspective on its head by adopting an innovative and well-thought-out approach.
The idea is to start with the configuration and layout of the interiors, focusing on the user experience, as most of the time is spent inside the space looking outward. This means that every detail of the interior has been meticulously designed even before considering the exterior design.
This project combines functionality, aesthetics, and attention to detail to meet every housing need, thanks also to the collaboration with Studio MacLean, a UK-based design agency. The structures offered range from simple and functional solutions to top-of-the-line modules.
