But beyond the iconic landmarks and renowned museums, the French capital is home to extraordinary places such as the Pontoise swimming pool, which recently reopened in the 5th arrondissement after more than two years of renovation.
Designed in the 1930s by the famous architect Lucien Pollet, this pool is a true Art Deco masterpiece. Immersed in the vibrancy of Parisian life, it offers an experience that combines sophistication and well-being. Its historical significance was officially recognized in 1998 with its inclusion in the Supplementary Inventory of Historic Monuments.
The architecture and design transport visitors to a bygone era, evoking the charm of a time when aesthetics and functionality harmoniously merged.
