Located in the heart of the maritime community’s Creative Quarter, the Maverick-designed skatepark replaced an existing facility with a new multi-level experience that allows users to use the space in an ascending fashion, increasing in intensity as their skills develop.
Commissioned by the local Roger De Haan Charitable Trust, it was created to give the youth of the area “the freedom and opportunity to push both physical and mental boundaries in a safe space away from screens”.
