How many times have you walked into an airport lounge and honestly felt like… ‘Hmm, I was expecting something more. Something more in terms of environment, food, entertainment and service. Mine is a constructive observation, because I am convinced that the customer should be served in the best possible way, which means that if they feel comfortable, they are likely to remain loyal over time.
Airport lounges have been rethought in terms of design and customer service for a number of years, but Oneworld has recently launched a very interesting new space.
As interior designer Tatiana Otani Nishi of D/DOCK studio says, the space is modern and original, and the journey is easy, comfortable and enjoyable.
After all, waiting at the airport is part of the journey (and the experience).
