The perception and success of a product is not solely determined by the product itself.
I have always emphasized the importance of the “culture” surrounding a product or service, specifically through value-creating content initiatives.
Although we have seen comparable efforts, it is the distinct quality standard with which certain things are done that always makes the difference.
Today, I learned that LVMH will open a Center for Craftsmanship in Paris by 2025.
The conglomerate aims to expand its reach by finding innovative ways to integrate high fashion into different aspects of the cultural zeitgeist.
This initiative seeks to strengthen its portfolio while also identifying and promoting emerging talent.
The center will be a comprehensive hub and will serve as the physical home for LVMH’s vocational training program, which has provided skills to over 2,700 individuals from seven countries. The center will also be open to the public, offering visitors the chance to physically interact with the 280 skilled trades presented across LVMH’s 75 brands.
