In recent years, there has been a resurgence in the popularity of billboards, and this trend is particularly noticeable in China, where we’ve seen a significant focus on these innovative and often highly creative technologies (sometimes, perhaps a little too creative, in my opinion).
NASA’s extensive history and missions are well documented across its various digital platforms. However, for those who enjoy short videos and reels, Blunt Action Studio took the agency’s genealogy and historical records and turned them into a 3D animation that is displayed on an impressive 30-foot-tall billboard-shaped screen at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex in Merritt Island, Florida.
The more than six-minute video showcases NASA’s rich history, ongoing efforts and future aspirations.
The high-definition 3D presentation includes animated images that seem to come to life on the giant screen.
This project offers a glimpse into the advanced technologies used to enhance billboards and screens, combining immersive art and educational storytelling.
A 30-foot screen provides one of the largest eye-level experiences available to viewers.
