51W52 is the only skyscraper designed by the world-renowned architect Eero Saarinen and is currently undergoing updates to meet modern standards while preserving the iconic original architecture of the building.
The renovations include a thoughtfully designed arrival experience with a fully updated lobby. A brand-new suite of exclusive services has also been introduced, including a luxurious tenant-only lounge for both residents and their guests, a concierge lobby, and a forum that can accommodate up to 119 guests. Additionally, there is a food and beverage bar and fitness facilities, all carefully curated on the ground floor, creating a club-like atmosphere.
The interiors of 51W52 feature open-plan offices and executive suites, designed in collaboration with renowned furniture designer Florence Knoll. The focus is on clean lines and clear geometries, reflecting Saarinen’s belief that architecture should be expressive, with each building standing out as a distinctive work of art.
