For years, I’ve believed that certain industries need to take a significant step forward—especially in the experiences they offer their customers.
Think about car dealerships, showrooms for industrial home accessories, numerous airport lounges, and so on. Interior design always shapes perception, ultimately defining a brand’s positioning and influencing how effectively it engages with its intended audience.
A recent example that caught my attention is a bathroom showroom in India.
MuseLAB has designed Sorbet, a 241-square-meter flagship store for Aquant located in an upscale Mumbai neighborhood. The showroom incorporates playful design elements such as mint-green bulbous displays, berry-red accents, and circular forms, all combining to create a distinctive and memorable customer experience.
The design successfully balances functionality, visual storytelling, and aesthetics, redefining the customer experience within bathware showrooms.
